Early literacy fun that families can enjoy together at home!
Build with plastic cups! Collect and wash out old plastic cups (like those from applesauce or yogurt) and encourage your child to stack, build, and create with them. When they’ve completed their creation, they can knock the cups all down and start over! This is a fun, free way to encourage problem solving and coordination skills.
If you and your child would like to be featured in a WNPL media post, please send a picture of you completing this activity to jhaydysch@wnpl.info. Be sure to include your names, date, and what you are doing. We would love to see your smiling faces!
