Put a piece of plain white cardstock in a gallon-sized zippered bag, add 4-5 tablespoons of washable tempera paint in a couple different colors, and seal the bag securely. Use masking or painters tape to secure the bag to a table and let your child to draw across the surface of the bag. This is an artful, non-messy way to encourage fine motor skills and print awareness, and you end up with a piece of beautiful art!
